'Shuang Yu', Spring 2011, 357g Raw Puer Cake
General Information: Yunnan Broad Leaf Varietal(sinensis assamica), Spring 2011, Ancient tea tree, naturally post-fermented. Hand picked, fried and rolled. Sun dried. Naturally post-fermented.
Cake: Stone-pressed. Nice plump stems and leaves.
Broth & Flavour: Sweet fragrance-mixiang. A little astringency and some distinct bitterness that dissolves almost immediately into sweetness. A gentle flavour that feels pleasantly cooling in the throat, accompanied by a huigan that lingers for quite some time. The broth is a strong, clear golden-yellow.

Steeping: We recommend using around 6-10 g of tea in a normal, 140 ml Gaiwan and near boiling water. Each portion of tea can be steeped 20 times or more.
