Zhi Zheng. Song, Qiu Yun 2010 Autumn Tea, 357 gm Green Puer Cake.
General Information. Pressed this autumn using pure, raw, old tree tea mao cha from Bulang Shan. Hand picked, fried and rolled. Sun dried. Naturally post-fermented.
Cake: The cakes are made using the traditional stone pressing method in Che Xiu tea pressing factory, Jinghong.
Soup & flavour: A late autumn tea, it has characteristics that lie somewhere between a typical autumn tea and a spring tea. It has a very well balanced character. The fragrance is clean and crisp with floral notes. The beixiang is distinctly foral and honey-like. The huigan and shengjin are well marked. Altogether, this tea is an extremely good example of it's type.
