General Information: Yunnan Broad Leaf Varietal, Spring '10, Nan Nuo Shan, Ancient tea tree, naturally post-fermented.
Cake: Made with a good pressure. Easy to prize apart whilst maintining a nice form .
Broth & Flavour: Floral overtones with a surprisingly rounded smoothness whilst keeping some body. The initial aroma is muted and materialises slowly in a clover-like fragrance. Hui gan is distinct first in the throat and then the mouth, tongue and undersides of the tongue. The chaqi is distinct.The broth a clear, golden yellow.

Steeping: We recommend using around 6-10 g of tea in a normal, 140 ml Gaiwan and near boiling water. Each portion of tea can be steeped 20 times or more.
